Western themes and sepia colors must be a really hot thing to promote motorcycle racing this year, because after seeing the Yamaha riders dressed in western garb to promote the upcoming Laguna Seca GP, we now have all the regular British riders in the World Superbike Championship donning cowboy hats and ready to ride into Silverstone on August 1st and protect the circuit from Max Biaggi and his maurading Aprilia.
The seven British regular World Superbike riders got together at the last round of the series in Brno, Czech Republic, to pay homage to the classic John Sturges film that celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and who else could they choose to potray the big bad bandit other than Max Biaggi, who currently has big lead in the championship standings over Leon Haslam.
