There is obviously a reason as to why you shouldn’t ride in winter, and this video is it.
Apparently the street is in San Luis, Argentina which Wikipedia claims has a climate of the following: “winters are cool and dry, with temperatures falling below 0 °C (32 °F) sometimes”.
