1. The contest is open to Irish residents aged 18 and over, excluding any staff member of the Organiser, their kin, representatives, or anyone associated professionally with the contest.
2. A valid entry cites the right answer in the provided form, along with the entrant’s name, email address, and a contact number.
3. Any application from businesses, third parties, coordinated gatherings, or submissions completed by computerised means will be dismissed. Partial, unreadable, or corrupted entries will be disregarded. Adherence to the entry instructions is mandatory and non-compliance will result in dismissal.
4. The contest will remain active from the 1st of November, 2024 until the stroke of midnight on the 17th of November, 2024.
5. All submissions should reach the Organiser by midnight on the Closing Date. Those received past the deadline will be disqualified.
6. The contest only permits a single entry per participant, with each participant entitled to a single prize only.
7. By forwarding an entry to the Organiser, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
8. The Organiser bears no responsibility for entries that have been lost, impaired, or delayed due to any hitch in computer hardware, network, or software. Delivery confirmation does not count as receipt acknowledgment. All entries become the property of the Organiser.
9. The prize includes accommodation for a night-long visit for a pair in Faithlegg, inclusive of breakfast and supper in the Roseville Rooms, a handpicked bottle of wine, hot mulled wine on arrival, and discount tokens for a number of local attractions. There will be one lucky recipient.
10. Any further terms and conditions set by the prize supplier will apply to all prizes. It is not possible to exchange the prize for cash or get a refund.
11. The Organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage or other consequential issues, whether contractual, in tort (including negligence), linked with accepting terms and conditions or relative to the prize.
12. In a scenario where unexpected events occur, the Organizer holds the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative of the same or higher value.
13. The fortunate recipients of the prizes will receive an email notification. They must assert their claim on the prize within a month of the notification. If the prize remains unclaimed post this duration, it will be deemed to have lapsed and the Organizer reserves the right to give the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner, chosen as per the rules of the event.
14. The decision of the organizers is unchallengeable and binding in all respects, and no discussion regarding it will be entertained.
16. The winner may be asked to engage in promotional activities resulting from the event without any compensation.
18. Prizes received are strictly not transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
19. All these terms and conditions will be managed by Irish law and any legal disputes shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
21. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel, or make amendments to the event as and when they deem fit.
