1. This promotion is open to residents of Ireland who are at least 18 years old, excluding employees of the Promoter, their family members, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
2. A valid entry must include a correct answer on the form, supplemented with the contestant’s name, email address and phone number.
3. We will not accept applications from agents, third-party groups, computer-generated applications or flawed, unreadable entries. Entries that do not comply with the entry rules will not be accepted.
4. The Promotion will commence on 10th of April 2024 and conclude at midnight on the 28th of April 2024.
5. All entries should reach the Promoter by midnight on the closing date. Any entry received post the closing date will not be considered valid.
6. The promotion allows only one entry per person. No participant will win more than one prize.
7. By submitting an entry to the Promoter, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter will not be held accountable for entries that are misplaced, damaged or delayed due to any form of computer or network malfunction. Merely dispatching an entry does not guarantee that it has been received. Once submitted, entries become the property of the organising body.
The reward contains two tickets to the show ‘Come From Away’, a dinner and a bottle of wine at the Circle Club. Only one person will be victorious. All winnings are subject to any added terms and conditions imposed by the provider to the organiser. The prizes cannot be refunded or converted into cash.
The organising body will not be held liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, resulting from the acceptance of the terms and conditions or in relation with the prize. In case of unexpected situations, the organiser maintains the right to substitute the prize with another of the same or higher value.
Winners will receive notification via email. They must claim their prizes within a month of this notification. If a prize remains unclaimed beyond this period, it will be forfeited and the organiser holds the right to offer it to a replacement winner chosen in accordance with the competition rules.
The decision of the organisers is final and conclusive in all respects, and no discussion will be entertained. The victor might have to engage in unpaid promotional activities arising from this competition. Prizes cannot be transferred and are not convertible into cash.
