“Kinds of Kindness” is a three-part allegory, tracing the journey of a man seeking command over his own destiny; a police officer startled by the transformation of his once lost-at-sea wife; and a woman resolute in her quest for a particular individual with an extraordinary talent, marked to evolve into a great spiritual guru. Terms & Conditions
1. The contest is open to Irish residents who are at least 18 years old, excluding the promotion company’s staff, their immediate families or anyone associated professionally with the event.
2. To submit a valid entry, provide a correct response with the participant’s name, email address and phone number in the form above.
3. Entries being made by agents, third parties, organised groups or by computer automation are strictly ineligible. Any incomplete, unreadable or compromised entries, or entries not adhering to the rules will be rejected.
4. The contest begins on 05/06/2024 and ends at midnight on 19/06/2024.
5. All entries need to reach the organisers by midnight of the closing date. Entries received post deadline will be invalid.
6. This contest restricts entrants to a single entry each. No entrant can claim more than one prize.
7. By offering an entry to the organisers, you’re consenting to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. No liability will be accepted for entries that are lost, impaired or delayed due to any technical glitches. Entry submission cannot be perceived as proof of receipt. The entries become the organisers’ property.
9. The reward is a pair of tickets for the exclusive preview of “Kinds of Kindness” at The Light House Cinema, Smithfield, Dublin on Wednesday, June 26th. The competition will identify five winners.
10. All rewards are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the provider of the reward to the Organiser. This particular reward can only be utilised at the exclusive preview viewing of Kinds of Kindness at The Light House Cinema on Wednesday, June 26th and is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
11. Any loss, harm or consequential damage resulting from accepting the terms and conditions or in relation with the reward is not the responsibility of the Organiser, regardless of whether it occurred due to contract, tort or any other cause.
12. In the situation of unforeseen events, the Organiser has the authority to replace the prize with a substitute of equal or higher value.
13. The victorious participants will be informed via email. The victor must claim the reward by June 27, 2024. Any unclaimed prizes after the aforementioned date will be deemed invalid and the Organiser has the authority to offer the unclaimed reward to a reserve victor chosen in line with the Promotion guidelines.
14. The decision of the Organisers is incontrovertible in all situations and no discussion will be entertained.
16. The victor may be requested to engage in unpaid publicity as a result of this promotion.
18. Rewards do not have the ability to be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
19. These terms and conditions are regulated by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts hold the exclusive jurisdiction.
21. The Organiser holds the authority to declare void, suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion if the need arises.
