In an exciting collaboration, Majken Bech Bailey, a celebrated Dane noted for her knack in creating enjoyable alternatives to store-bought juices and beverages, is teaming up with the Danish wellness spa, Velvære. This partnership aims to amplify the spa experience with additional elements of wellness focus and a refined dash of flavour.
Majken’s fame started with her remarkable non-alcoholic beverage pairings at the dual-Michelin star restaurant, Aimsir. However, her drinks now primarily focus on flavour and promoting health, rather than food pairing.
At Velvære Spa, visitors will be treated to Majken’s fresh, seasonally-inspired beverages prepared primarily from locally obtained, organic ingredients. During their preliminary consultation, guests are given a brief taste of the beverage – a medicine-like shot. A lengthier drink for savouring is provided in the relaxation room following their treatment.
Anti-inflammatory aronia juice with sumac and Alexander seeds to impart heat constitutes the preliminary drink and is designed for digestive system balance. After their treatment, guests will unwind with a summers drink comprised of clarified apple, fennel, and sorrel, based around chamomile tea. The beverages are subject to change based on the season.
Majken’s expertly crafted seasonal concoctions will also be sold in restricted quantities at the Velvære reception. These specially prepared 250-ml bottles will be available for €12.

The promotional offer is accessible only to residents of Ireland who are at least 18 years old, exclusive of the organising company’s employees, their close persons, representatives or anyone associated professionally with the offer. To generate a valid entry, the correct answer must be filled in the above form, along with the participant’s name, email and contact number.
Entries from agents, organisations or directly generated from computers will be declined. Incomplete, unreadable or corrupt entries or entries not in compliance with the guidelines will be rejected.
The promotion will commence on 19th July 2024 and will run until midnight 5th August 2024.
It is a requisite that all submissions reach the Organiser by no later than midnight of the Final Date. Entries arriving post the Final Date will be summarily disqualified.
This event permits only one entry per individual, thus precluding any participant from receiving more than one reward.
Consenting to these rules and submitting an entry to the Organiser implies your agreement to abide by the stated guidelines.
Responsibility for misplaced, damaged or tardy entries due to systemic failure of networking, software or hardware won’t be acknowledged. Sending proof does not constitute receipt confirmation and submitted entries become the Organiser’s property.
The reward on offer is the Two People’s Summer Reset package, a combination of a luxury facial signature treatment and an award-winning soothing back, neck and shoulder massage at the famed Velvære Spa, Le Pole Square. Additionally, successful participants stand a chance to sample the Majken Bech Bailey juice experience, inclusive of two seasonal mixtures, juices or elixirs, expertly concocted by Majken. There will be one victorious contender for the prize.
The awarded prizes will adhere to any supplemental conditions laid down by the reward supplier. The prize, however, is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
The Organiser will not accept liability for any loss or damage sustained as a consequence of accepting these terms and conditions or associated with the prize.
In case of unexpected events, the organiser can swap the prize for a similarly valued alternative.
The victorious contender will receive an email notification to claim their reward within 30 days from the notification. Unclaimed prizes post this period will become void, granting the Organiser the right to present it to a substitute winner in accordance with the event rules.
Decisions of the promoter are conclusive and binding, and no dispute will be entertained.
The selected winner might be called upon to partake in noncompensated publicity connected with this contest.
