Competition Rules & Regulations:
1. This competition is open to Ireland residents who are 18 years or older, excluding employees of the organisers, their family members, their representatives, or anyone professionally linked to the competition.
2. Valid entries comprise accurate responses submitted within the above form, and must include the participant’s name, email, and contact number.
3. The organisers will not accept entries from agents, third-party groups, organised groups, or computer-generated submissions. No entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted, or not in compliance with entry instructions will be accepted.
4. The competition runs from the 4th of October, 2024 till the 20th of October, 2024, ending at midnight.
5. The organisers must receive all entries no later than midnight on the closing date. Any submissions received after the closing date will immediately be disqualified.
6. The competition permits only one entry per person. No participant shall win more than one prize.
7. By participating, you consent to abide by these rules and regulations.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed due to any network, computer hardware or software malfunction. Sending is not a proof of receipt. All entries become the property of the organisers.
9. The award includes a complete 12-item Simply Better Saba Thai selection, a €250 Saba gift voucher, and a variety of Neven Maguire’s cooking equipment comprising a wok, a Santoku knife, and a chopping board. The competition will declare one winner.
10. The supplier to the organiser may impose additional conditions on all awards. The award cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

1. The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any harm, detriment, or downstream harm of any kind, whether contractual, tortious (including through negligence), or otherwise resulting from adherence to the rules and regulations or in association with the reward.

2. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the Organiser has the right to replace the reward with an alternate of the same or higher worth.

3. The victors will be informed through email. The victor must assert the reward within a month of being notified. The Organiser has the right to present the unclaimed reward to a runner-up chosen in compliance with the Promotion’s guidelines, should the reward remain unclaimed after the designated period.

4. The Organiser’s judgment is absolute, carrying the weight of finality in all considerations. No discussions will be indulged.

5. The winner might be obligated to partake in unpaid publicity evolving from this promotion.

6. Rewards are strictly bound to the recipient and cannot be swapped for monetary value.

7. These terms and conditions are subject to Irish law. The Irish Courts will retain the sole jurisdiction.

8. Where required, the Organiser maintains the right to nullify, halt, revoke or alter the Promotion.
