Terms and Conditions:

1. The contest is open to Irish residents aged 18 and above, excluding employees of the host, their immediate families, representatives, or anyone professionally linked to the contest.
2. Entries must be made correctly by providing the participant’s full name, email address and phone number along with the correct answer.
3. Entries made by agents, third-parties or organised groups, or generated automatically by computers will not be considered. Illegible, incomplete or corrupted entries as well as entries not made following the official guidelines will be rejected.
4. The contest will be held from 30/08/2024 till midnight on 15/09/2024.
5. All entries must be submitted to the host on or before the deadline. Any submission made after the closing time will be disqualified.
6. The contest is restricted to one entry per person; no participant can win more than one prize.
7. Participants consent to these terms and conditions by submitting their entry.
8. The host does not hold responsibility for entries that have been destroyed, delayed or lost due to technical glitches. It’s important to note that sending an entry is not proof of receipt. Entries are considered to be the property of the host.

The award, for one fortunate recipient, comprises of a two-day visit for a pair at Clontarf Castle, Dublin. This includes morning meals and a dinner at the Fahrenheit Restaurant. The prize’s conditions will be dictated by any additional stipulations established by the prize supplier and the Organiser. The award cannot be interchanged, is dependent on being obtainable, is not applicable during Bank Holidays, cannot be reimbursed or replaced with money. The Organiser holds no responsibility for any damage, loss or consequential harm triggered by the acceptance of stipulations or in association with the award.

In case of unexpected situations, the Organiser holds the power to replace the award with an alternate of the same or higher value. Winners will be contacted via email and must lay claim to their award within a month of being notified. If not claimed within the time limit, the prize will be considered void. The Organiser then has the authority to bestow the unclaimed award to an alternate winner chosen based on promotional rules.

The Organiser’s verdict is decisive and indisputable in all instances and no further conversation will be entertained. The winner might need to engage in unpaid promotion related to this promotion. Prizes cannot be transferred or turned into cash. The regulations mentioned are governed by Irish law and the jurisdiction belongs exclusively to the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

Finally, the Organiser holds the power to void, postpone, cancel or modify the promotion if deemed necessary.
