1. This promotion is solely for Irish residents who are 18 years or older, excluding the staff of the Promoter, their family members, agents or anyone professionally involved in the promotion.
2. A valid entry must include a correct answer in the form provided above, the participant’s name, email ID, and contact number.
3. We won’t accept submissions from agents, third-party providers, organised groups, or any computer-generated ones. Incomplete, unreadable, or corrupted entries, and those that do not adhere to these rules, will not be considered.
4. The Promotion period extends from 11/10/2024 to 27/10/2024 up until midnight.
5. All submissions must reach the Promoter no later than midnight on the closing date. Any entries received post the closing date will be automatically disqualified.
6. An individual can make only one entry. No participant is entitled to more than a single prize.
7. By submitting your entry, you agree to be bound by the given terms and conditions.
We will not take any responsibility in case of loss, damage or delay of entries due to failure of any network or computer equipment. The proof of sending entries does not equate to the proof of receiving them. The Promoter holds the right to possess the entries.
The award is a one-night stopover at the Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny. This includes dinner and a bottle of prosecco for two. There will be one individual named the recipient.
All rewards are subject to any additional terms and conditions laid by the prize supplier to the Promoter. The award cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
The Promoter will not be held accountable for any loss, damage or subsequent damage causing from acceptance of the terms and conditions or related to the prize’s usage.
In an unexpected event, the Promoter reserves the authority to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
The winner will receive an email notification. The prize must be claimed within a month. After this period, unclaimed prizes will be deemed forfeited and the Promoter has the right to present it to a reserve winner in alignment with the Promotion rules.
The decision of the promoters is absolute and conclusive in all respects and no correspondence will be entertained.
The winner may be asked to take part in unpaid promotional activities resulting from this promotion.
Prizes are not exchangeable and non-transferable.
