Rules of Entry
1. The contest is open to Irish citizens of at least 18 years old, excluding personnel of the Promoter company, their kin, agents, or anyone in professional association with the contest.
2. A valid participation involves a correct response written in the form, accompanied by the participant’s name, email, and contact number.
3. Applications from agents or third parties, organised groups, or those computer-generated are not permissible. Incomplete, unreadable, or corrupted participations are invalid. Any participation that does not meet the entry instructions will not be permitted.
4. The contest will commence from the 14th of August 2024 and culminate at midnight on the 2nd of September 2024.
5. All submissions must reach the Promotional company prior to midnight on the closing day. Submissions received post the cut-off date will be disqualified.
6. The contest is subjected to one participation per individual. No participant will bag more than one prize.
7. By submitting a participation for consideration to the Promoter, you consent to these terms and conditions.
8. The promoter does not hold responsibility for participations lost, impaired, or delayed due to any form of network or technical failure. Mere proof of submission does not qualify for acknowledgement of receipt. Submissions become the promoter’s property.
9. The prize consists of a one-night stay at Fota Island Resort, Co Cork for two people, including breakfast and dinner at the Fota Restaurant for one lucky winner.
10. All rewards shall abide by any extra terms and conditions laid out by the provider to the Organiser. This reward is not eligible for cash redemption or refund.
11. The Organiser is not accountable for any loss, damage or consequential injury of any kind, whether contractual, tort (inclusive of negligence), or anything induced by agreeing to the terms and conditions or related to the reward.
12. When unexpected situations arise, the Organiser has the authority to replace the reward with an alternative of equal or higher worth.
13. The champions will be informed via email. The champion needs to accept the reward within a window of 30 days following the notification. If the reward isn’t claimed within the specified period, the Organiser has the authority to give the unclaimed reward to an alternative champion in line with the rules of the Promotion.
14. The decision of the organisers is final and absolute on all issues and there will be no correspondence.
16. The champions might be asked to participate in promotional activities related to this Promotion without any remuneration.
18. Rewards cannot be swapped for cash or transferred to someone else.
19. The terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Ireland, and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland will have singular jurisdiction.
21. The Organiser maintains the power to stop, put on hold, cancel, or alter the Promotion if and when necessary.
