Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to Ireland residents, 18 years of age or older, except for the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition.
2. Entry Requirements: A valid entry constitutes a correct answer submitted via the form above, along with the participant’s name, email address, and contact number.
3. Entry Restrictions: Entries by agents, third-party groups, automated computer-generated applications, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to instructions will not be accepted.
4. Promotion Duration: The competition will run from 23/08/2024 until midnight on 08/09/2024.
5. Submission Deadline: All competition entries must be received by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. Entries received after the competition’s Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
6. Entry Limit: The competition allows one entry per person. No participant will be awarded more than one prize.
7. Terms Acceptance: By submitting an entry to the Promoter, you consent to adhere to these terms and conditions.
In summary: All entries, which will be the exclusive property of the Organiser, will not be acknowledged if they are misplaced, spoiled or postponed due to any issues with networks or computer hardware or software. Confirmation of delivery will not be recognised as confirmation of receipt.
The reward up for grabs is an overnight stay for a duo at the Powerscourt Hotel Resort and Spa in Co Wicklow. It includes an evening meal at the SIKA Restaurant, breakfast on the next day and passes to the Powerscourt House and Gardens. We will have a single winner.
The reward will be provided under the specific terms and conditions presented by the reward supplier to the Organiser. This reward is effective for 12 months, starting Monday, September 9th, 2024, applicable only from Sunday to Thursday, subject to room availability, and is not entitled to a refund or a cash exchange.
The Organiser will not be held accountable for any loss, damage, or subsequent damages arising from the agreement of the terms and conditions, or in relation to the reward. If certain circumstances arise which are out of our control, the Organiser has the rights to replace the reward with an equivalent or higher value.
The winners will be contacted via email. They must accept their reward within 30 days of being notified. If the reward is not claimed within this period, the right of ownership will expire and the Organiser has the authority to provide the unclaimed reward to a secondary winner chosen as per the Promotion rules.
The decision made by the Organiser is conclusive and absolute, and no further discussions will be entertained. The winner might be asked to partake in unpaid promotional activities arising from this promotion. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for money. These terms and conditions are dictated by Irish law and the Courts in the Republic of Ireland have unique jurisdiction.
The Organiser retains the authority to invalidate, delay, rescind, or modify the Promotion if necessary.
