1. The competition is accessible to residents of Ireland who are 21years or older. Employees of the Promoter, their relatives, agents or anyone with professional connection to the competition, are ineligible for it.
2. A valid entry is perceived as a correct response to the question posed above, with the participation form comprising the contestant’s name, email address and contact number.
Submissions from brokers, third-party entities, systematically organised groups or entries produced by automatic computer generation will not be acknowledged. Similarly, accepting entries will be contingent upon their compliance with the following stipulations: they must be complete, legibly written, and free of flaws. Any submissions in violation of entry instructions will be irrelevant.
The promotional event will take place from March 29th, 2024 to May 14, 2024 up to midnight. The required timeframe for submitting entries is before midnight of the closing day, and promoters must receive all entries within this period. Any participation in the competition beyond the deadline thereby invalidates participation.
Only one entry per participant is permitted for the promotional event, and an individual cannot win more than one award. Agreeing to these terms and conditions is prerequisite upon entering the competition. The promoters will not claim responsibility for the loss, damage, or delay of entries due to issues in network or computer systems of any sort. Mere submission of the entry does not guarantee receipt. Upon submission, entries become the property of the promoter.
The award for winning the promotional event is tickets to a Cellissimo concert of the winner’s choice on May 23rd and 24th, 2024. The prize also includes two-night bed and breakfast at HYDE Hotel Galway for two people on the same dates and dinner on the night of choice. The event will produce a single winner.
Additional stipulations by the prize supplier to the promoter may apply to the prizes. The prize cannot be substituted for cash or refunded. The stay at the HYDE Hotel is only valid on the 23rd and 24th of May, 2024 without any option for date alterations. There will also be no availability of cash alternates. Music for Galway withholds the rights to modify the event schedule considering any unprecedented circumstances. Participants must be of 21 years of age or older.
The promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damages, either directly or indirectly arising from the acceptance of these terms and conditions or in association with the prize. For circumstances that are unforeseen, the promoter can replace the original prize with an alternate reward of equivalent or greater value.
13. Those triumphant in the competition will be contacted via email. They have a period of 30 days from the correspondence to claim their reward. If the reward is not obtained within this period, it will be forfeited and the Organiser holds the right to present the unclaimed reward to an alternate victor, chosen in compliance with the rules of the Promotion.
14. The verdict of the organisers is irrevocable and definitive in all respects and no discussions will be engaged in.
16. The victor might be asked to engage in unpaid publicity deriving from this promotion.
18. The rewards cannot be transferred or swapped for currency.
19. These terms and conditions will be governed under the jurisdiction of Irish law and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland will retain exclusive authority.
21. The Organiser holds the right to deem void, postpone, retract or modify the Promotion where it is deemed necessary.
