1. The contest is open to all Irish residents who are 18 years or older, excluding employees of The College Green Hotel Dublin, their respective family members and anyone else professionally associated with this contest.
2. A valid submission is identified as a correctly completed form along with the entrant’s name, email address and phone number.
3. Applications from third parties, organised groups, agents, or those automatically generated by computers will not be acknowledged. Illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be legitimised. Any entries that do not abide by instructions on entry forms will not be deemed valid.
4. The contest commences on 09/08/2024 and concludes at midnight on 25/08/2024.
5. All contest entries must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the closing date. Post-closing date entries will be disqualified.
6. Only one entry is permitted per person. No entrant will be rewarded more than one prize.
7. Submitting an entry implies you are consenting to the terms and conditions of the contest.
8. The promoter cannot be held accountable for lost entries due to issues with any network or computer software or hardware. Proof of submission does not equate to proof of receipt. All entries become the property of the promoter.
The reward comprises of a single night’s accommodation for a pair, inclusive of a bottle of champagne and breakfast the following day. Only one individual will triumph.
All rewards are subject to the supplier’s additional terms and conditions attached to the gift to the organiser. The voucher’s valid period stretches from August 2024 to August 2025, with no option for cash refund or redemption. The prize is contingent upon availability and specific blackout dates are applicable.
The organiser bears no responsibility for any loss, harm, or consequential damage of any sort, whether contractual, tortuous (including negligence), or otherwise, that arises from the agreement of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize.
