Terms of Participation
1. The contest is only open to Irish residents above 18 years of age, excluding the employees of the Organiser, their close relations, representatives, or anyone professionally associated with the contest.
2. A legitimate participation requires a correct answer on the form, along with the candidate’s name, email address and mobile number.
3. Submissions from agents, third parties, organised groups, or computer-generated submissions will not be accommodated. Incomplete, unreadable, or illegitimate participations will also be invalid.
4. The contest commences on 19/06/2024 and concludes at the stroke of midnight on 08/07/2024.
5. All participations must be submitted to the Organiser by the Closing Date latest. Submissions after the Closing Date will not be entertained.
6. This contest allows only a single entry per contestant. No contestant shall be awarded more than one prize.
7. Upon entering the contest, you agree to abide by the outlined terms and conditions.
8. The Organiser will not be liable for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to network issues, faulty computer hardware or software. Dispatch of entry is not a confirmation of receipt. All entries become the property of the Organiser.
9. The winner will be awarded five unrestricted passes to Emerald Park, along with a luncheon on the visit day. The competition will produce a single winner.
Prizes from all contests will be guided by any supplementary terms and conditions instituted by the provider of the reward to the Organiser. The prizes are non-negotiable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for money. An all-day pass to Emerald Park ensures patrons are granted admission to the park and have unlimited access to all amenities, including attractions, the zoo, playgrounds, and any live performances on the day of the visit. Emerald Park lunch certificates can be cashed in at any food station within the park on the day of the visit. Prizes have to be claimed by the end of 2024. If unforeseen situations occur, Emerald Park has the prerogative to replace the prize with another of equal value. Winners are obliged to book their park visit on the official Emerald Park website.
The Organiser takes no responsibility for any loss, harm, or consequential damage of any kind in contract, tort (including negligence) or others caused by agreeing to the terms and conditions or concerning the prize. In the face of uncertain circumstances, the Organiser can substitute the prize with an alternative of comparable or superior value.
The victors will receive an email notification. They are required to stake their claim to the prize within 30 days of being notified. Any unclaimed prizes after the stipulated period will be forfeit, and the Organiser can offer the reward to another participant, in line with the promotion’s rules.
The verdict of the Organiser is irrevocable and is binding in all respects. No communication in this regard will be entertained. The victor may be asked to partake in unpaid publicity resultant of this promotion victory. Under no circumstances can the prizes be transferred or exchanged for money.
The terms and conditions for these contests will be administered as per Irish law, with the courts of the Republic of Ireland being the exclusive jurisdiction.
The Organiser holds the right to cancel, suspend, declare null or make changes to the Promotion if it becomes necessary to do so.
