For the adrenaline enthusiasts, Explorium Activities feature rock climbing and Augmented Reality escapades including Unreal Gardens and Star Walk. 1. The competition is open to individuals living in Ireland aged 18 and above, excluding employees of the Organiser, their kin, associates or anyone else closely related to the organisation of this competition.
2. A proper entry includes an accurate answer to the question in the above form, along with the full name, email address and phone number of the participant.
3. Entries from agents, third parties, organised group or computer-generated entries will not be entertained. Incomplete, unclear and non-compliant entries will be disbanded.
4. The contest period runs from 02/08/2024 to the strike of midnight on 18/07/2024.
5. Every entry must reach the Organiser by midnight on the closing date at the latest. Late entries will be automatically disqualified.
6. Only a single entry per person is allowed. No competitor can claim more than one prize.
7. Submission of an entry indicates your acceptance of and agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
The organiser will not take accountability for any entries that are misplaced, harmed, or delayed due to any sort of system, computer, or software failure. Evidence of dispatch will not be considered as evidence of receipt. All entries will be claimed as property by the organiser.
Amongst the rewards is a family pass for Explorium which is worth €100. Five individuals will be this prize’s lucky recipients.
Every reward will come with specific terms from the prize provider to the organiser. Please note, the ticket cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for money.
The organiser will not take responsibility for any loss or damage, regardless of the nature, resulting from terms and conditions acceptance or relating to the reward.
In case of unexpected situations, the organiser has the right to replace the prize with a substitute of equal or higher value.
The winning individuals will receive email notifications. The winner is required to accept the prize within 30 days of receiving the notification. Should the prize remain unaccepted after this period, it will be considered as forfeited. The organiser then holds the right to give the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner selected in line with the promotion rules.
The organiser’s judgment will be considered final and absolute, and no discussions will be entertained.
Please be advised, the winner might be asked to take part in promotional activities related to this event, without receiving any payment.
The prizes are strictly non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Cash alternatives are not an option.
Irish law will govern these terms, and the courts of the Irish Republic will have exclusive jurisdiction.
The organiser reserves the right to declare null, put on hold or cancel, or modify the Promotion if deemed necessary.
