Rules & Regulations

1. This offer pertains to individuals residing in Ireland who are 18 years old or above, excluding employees of the Organiser, along with their kin, representatives or anyone professionally associated with the offer.

2. A substantive submission requires a correct response on the form provided, supplemented by the contestant’s moniker, email and contact number.

3. Submissions from agents, third-parties, organised consortiums or machine-generated are prohibited. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries are disallowed, alongside those inconsistent with submission guidelines.

4. The offer is valid from the 3rd of July, 2024 up to and including the 11th of July, 2024.

5. The Organiser must receive all submissions prior to midnight on the Completion Date. Entries received post this date will be disqualified.

6. Offer restricted to a single entry per individual. No contestant will be awarded more than one prize.

7. On submitting an entry to the Organiser, you consent to be bound by these rules and regulations.

8. The Organiser will not be accountable for lost, damaged or delayed entries due to any network issues, computer hardware or software malfunctions. Mere proof of sending does not connotate proof of receipt. Submissions become Organiser’s property.

9. The prize constitutes a €50 One4all gift voucher, and there will be one champion.

10. All rewards will adhere to additional rules laid out by the supplier of the prize to the Organiser. The voucher can’t be exchanged for cash or refunded.

11. The Organiser bears no liability for any loss, damage or consequential harm of any kind in contract, tort (inclusive of negligence), or those caused by terms’ acceptance or in relation to the prize.

12. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent or superior alternative in case of unexpected situations.

13. Champions will receive a notification by electronic mail. The prize must be claimed within 30 days post the notification. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture and the Organiser may offer the unclaimed reward to an alternate winner chosen per the offer rules.

14. The Organiser’s resolution is conclusive and binding on all matters and further communication will not be entertained.

The details of the victors, including their names and regions, will be published on the website. A requirement for the champion could be their involvement in non-paid publicity related to this campaign. The Organiser will handle your private data in accordance with both the privacy policy and the stipulations and provisions laid out here. Prizes are strictly not exchangeable and cannot be converted into currency. These rules and regulations are subject to Irish legislation, and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland maintain exclusive authority. If necessary, the Organiser holds the discretion to nullify, postpone, terminate or modify the campaign.
