Entry Rules
1. The contest is accessible to residents of Ireland, who are aged 18 or above, with the exception of employees, their relatives, representatives, or any person associated professionally with the contest.
2. The contest happens every weekend from 5th to 26th October 2024, total of four weekends.
3. Only one entry is allowable for each participant. Incomplete, unreadable or corrupted submissions or those failing to comply with the entry guidelines will not be accepted.
4. Entries from agents, third party, organised teams, or computer-generated applications will be rejected.
5. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to network, computer hardware or software glitches. A sent entry is not a guaranteed received entry. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
6. Each week a prize of a €1,000 Gift Voucher for the Iveagh Garden Hotel will be offered, redeemable based on room availability. The weekly winners will be notified through phone or email and disclosed on the competition’s page for each of the four weeks. The winners’ details will also be released publicly.
9. The individual who brilliantly and uniquely completes the tie-breaker, in the view of the adjudicators, will be declared the victor. The adjudicators’ verdict is binding and absolute.
10. Should unforeseen situations arise, the Organiser retains the authority to replace the reward with an alternative of equal or superior worth.
11. No back and forth communication will be initiated.
12. All instructions for entry are included in the regulations.
13. Winners of the contest might be asked to partake in unpaid promotional activities related to this contest.
15. The rewards may carry additional stipulations set by the supplier providing them to the Organiser.
16. The Organiser will not be held responsible for any loss, harm or consequential damage, contractual or tortious, including negligence, that results from acceptance of these conditions, the reward, or the contest.
17. If unexpected circumstances arise, the Organiser holds the right to alter or terminate the contest without prior notification.
18. For residents of ROI: The terms and conditions are bound by Irish law with the Courts of the Republic of Ireland holding sole jurisdiction. For NI residents: The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, with Northern Irish Courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
