1. This campaign is available to Irish residents aged 18 and above, excluding employees of the organiser, their immediate families, representatives, or anyone involved professionally with this promotion.
2. A valid entry is a correctly filled form above, providing the participant’s name, email address, and contact number.
3. We will not accept entries from agents, organised groups, third parties or those generated automatically by a computer. Entries that are incomplete, unsound, or contradict the entry instruction will not be accepted.
4. The promotional period will commence on 03/05/2024 and conclude at midnight on 19/05/2024.
5. All entries must reach the organiser no later than midnight on the closing date. Any entries submitted after the closing date will be disqualified.
6. This promotion is only open to one entry per participant. No participant will receive beyond one prize.
7. By submitting an entry to the organiser, you consent to comply with these terms and conditions.
Entries which are lost, compromised or postponed due to any software, equipment or internet glitches will not hold the Organiser accountable. Simply sending an entry doesn’t validate its receipt. All submitted entries become the possession of the Organiser.
The award includes a two-night stay at the Hilton Dublin Kilmainham, inclusive of breakfast each day and dinner on one night, along with tickets to the GOSSIP event, hosted by Singular Artists, on Tuesday, 27th August. The award will be presented to a single recipient.
All awards are under the conditions set by the award’s supplier and the Organiser. The award is redeemable from the 27th August to the 29th August 2024 only. It is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, caused by the acceptance of terms and conditions or by the delivery of the award.
In cases where unexpected events occur, the Organiser holds the right to replace the award with a substitute of equal or higher worth.
Winners will be informed via email and should claim their award within a month of notification. If an award remains unclaimed, the Organiser could present the award to a different winner chosen according to the rules of the Promotion.
The conclusion of the Organisers is absolute and cannot be disputed.
The winner may have to participate in non-paid publicity related to this promotion.
Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be monetised.
