1. The contest is open to Ireland residents aged 18 and above, excluding the workers of the Promoter, their relatives, representatives, or any person linked professionally to this contest.
2. For a valid entry, it must include a correct answer, supplemented by the participant’s name, email, and contact number.
3. Entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or generated by computers will not be accepted. Incomplete, unreadable, or non-compliant entries will also be rejected.
4. The contest will begin from 02/08/2024 and end at 12:00 am on 18/08/2024.
5. All entries must be received by the promoter by the end of the closing date. Late entries will be disqualified.
6. Only one entry per person is allowed. No participant can be awarded more than one prize.
Upon entering in this competition organised by the Promotor, you are formally agreeing to these terms and conditions explained below.
Any entries which are lost, damaged or delayed due to any glitches in network, computer hardware or software will not be the responsiblity of the Promotor. Furthermore, submitting an entry does not guarantee its receipt. Once submitted, all entries become property of the organising Promotor.
The award being offered is a two night stay at Dublin City’s Travelodge PLUS, designed for two adults sharing the room. The package includes breakfast served each morning and a one-time dinner. The winners will also enjoy two tickets to EPIC and the Irish Whiskey Museum. There will only be one recipient for this award.
All awards are subject to any extra conditions set by the prize-provider to the Promotor. The award cannot be cashed or refunded, and depends on availability. It is not available over key holiday periods like Christmas, Easter, New Years and Halloween.
The Promotor is not liable for any loss, resultant damage or consequential damage of any sort by accepting of these terms and conditions, or linked to the award.
In the case of unexpected situations, the Promotor retains the right to substitute the award for a different option of equal or greater value.
The winners will receive an email notification, and have 30 days to claim their award. Any unclaimed awards post this period will be offered to a different winner according to the Promotional rules.
The decision made by the promoters’ will be binding and final, disregarding any correspondence.
The winner could be asked to partake in promotional activities without any compensation.
The Promotor will manage your personal data as per the guidelines mentioned in these conditions.

This set of norms will be governed under Irish law with the Courts of Republic of Ireland having exclusive jurisdiction over them.
