3. Submissions from representatives, third-party organisations, groups, or computer automated entries are barred. Entries that are unfinished, illegible, or corrupt are also unacceptable, as are those not in line with entry guidelines.
4. The competition starts on 17/06/2024 and ends at midnight of 05/08/2024.
5. Entries received by the Promoter after midnight on the closing date will automatically face disqualification.
6. The competition restricts entry to one per individual. Each individual can’t win more than a single prize.
7. By participating in the competition, you adhere to the specified terms and conditions.
8. No accountability will be taken for entries facing loss, damage or delay due to network or computer issues. Sendings acknowledged as received are not proof of receipt. Entries become the Promoter’s property when received.
In the form of an incentive, a couple will be gifted with a stay of two nights at voco Belfast, inclusive of breakfast for both days and one supper at Pomo, the hotel’s eatery. Just one participant will receive this award.
All rewards are subject to any supplementary terms laid out by the provider to the Promoter and they neither offer cash alternatives nor are they refundable. The Promoter won’t accept any liability for damages, loss or consequential harm of any description resulting from acceptance of these terms and conditions or in relation to the award.
In any unforeseeable scenarios, the Promoter is at liberty to offer a substitute award of equal or higher worth. The winners will receive communication through email about their success. They are bound to claim their reward within a month of being notified. Unclaimed prizes beyond this period are subject to becoming invalid, and the Promoter can decide to offer the unclaimed prize to a backup winner as per the rules of the promotion.
The judgement of the promoter is conclusive in every respect and will not be subject to any form of correspondence. Winners might have to participate in promotional activities without pay.
Prizes won’t be transferred to any other individual and can’t be swapped for cash. These terms are compliant with the laws of Ireland, and any legal issues will be dealt within the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
