Terms and Conditions
1. This campaign is open to Ireland residents aged 18 and over, excluding the Promoter’s employees, their families, agents, or any person involved professionally with the campaign.
2. A valid entry must include a correct response on the form provided, accompanied by the participant’s name, email, and phone number.
3. Any applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer are ineligible. We will not accept incomplete, illegible, or corrupted entries, or entries that do not comply with entry instructions.
4. The Campaign will run from 28/08/2024 until 15/09/2024 at midnight.
5. The Promoter must receive all entries by midnight on the closing date. Any entries received after the closing date will be disqualified immediately.
6. The campaign is limited to one entry per person. No participant can win more than one prize.
7. By submitting an entry to the Promoter, you are consenting to abide by these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed due to any network, computer hardware or software failure. Evidence of transmission doesn’t constitute evidence of receipt. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The reward on offer is a two-night stay at any iNua Hotel, with the exception of Muckross Park Hotel & Spa and Ariel House, which includes breakfast each day and one evening of dinner. One person will be announced as the winner.
Each reward is subjected to any supplementary terms and conditions set by the prize supplier to the Promoter. The reward is available depending on availability, cannot include stays at Muckross Park Hotel & Spa or Ariel House, and is not able to be refunded or converted into cash.
The Promoter holds no liability for any loss, harm, or consequential damage of any kind, whether contractual, tortious (including negligence), or otherwise, brought on by the acceptance of terms and conditions or in relation to the prize.
Should unexpected events occur, the Promoter has the authority to replace the prize with another of equal or greater value.
Award recipients will be informed via email. The prize needs to be claimed within a month from the date of announcement, failing which the prize will be void and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unused prize to another winner as per the Promotion regulations.
The final verdict of the promoters is absolute and binding in all respects and no discussion will be entertained in this regard.
The winner may be asked to participate in promotional events for this promotion without any payment.
The prizes offered cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money.
The governing law for these terms and conditions will be Irish law and the courts of Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive authority.
The promoter has the right to nullify, postpone, revoke or make changes in the Promotion if deemed necessary.
