Terms & Conditions
1. This promotional event is eligible to individuals residing in Ireland, who are at least 18 years old, excluding the staff of the Promoting party, their relatives, associates, or anyone with professional ties to the event.
2. An eligible entry constitutes of a correct response submitted in the provided form, supplemented by the competitor’s name, email ID, and contact number.
3. Entries from agents, third-party groups, organised ensembles, or those systematically produced by Computer will not be permitted. Submissions that are incomplete, undecipherable, corrupted, or not complying with the entry guidelines will be summarily dismissed.
4. The promotional event will commence on 14/08/2024 and culminate at the stroke of midnight on 02/09/2024.
Each participant must submit their entries to the Organiser before midnight of the End Date. Any submissions received after this period will be considered invalid. Only one submission is allowed per entrant, and each person can only secure one reward.
If you offer a submission to the Organiser, you willingly accept and adhere to the provided terms and conditions. The Organiser will not be answerable for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed due to any software or hardware malfunctions or network failures. The proof of submission will not guarantee the proof of receipt. All entries will belong to the Organiser once received.
The prize consists of a minimum of 60 Little Bits pouches of various flavours from Tony’s Chocolonely, with one lucky winner. Additional conditions imposed by the supplier will also apply to all rewards. Specifically, the award will include items from the Little Bits range by Tony’s Chocolonely and it cannot be returned or converted into cash.
The Organiser will not be held accountable for any damage, loss, or resulting damage of any sort in agreement, conduct or otherwise, resulting from the acceptance of the provided terms and conditions or when dealing with the prize.
In case of unpredictable circumstances, the Organiser retains the right to replace the reward with an alternative of equal or higher worth. The winner will be informed by email. The winner has 30 days from this notification to claim their prize. If unclaimed after this duration, the unclaimed prize may be gifted to an alternative winner chosen based on the Promotion rules.
On finalisation, the decision of the Organiser is respected and no further communication will be encouraged. The Organiser also holds the right to cancel, pause, void or modify the Promotion as required.
The winner might have to participate in publicity activities related to this promotion, without any further payment. The Organiser will handle your personal data as per the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. These terms and conditions are under Irish law, and the Irish Courts hold exclusive jurisdiction. The Organiser retains the right to end or modify the Promotion if necessary.
