Terms & Conditions
1. Only Ireland residents over the age of 18 are eligible to participate in this promotion, excluding those who work for the Promoter, their relatives, agents or anyone related to their professional network.
2. To secure a valid submission, correctly fill up the form, providing your name, email address and contact number.
3. Applications from agents, third parties, group entries or computer-generated entries will not be considered, nor will illegible, incomplete or non-compliant entries.
4. The Promotion runs from 12/07/2024 till midnight on 28/07/2024.
5. All submissions must be received by the Promoter before midnight on the closing date. Late entries will not be considered.
6. Each participant is allowed only one entry and entitled to one prize.
7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to follow the stated terms and conditions.
8. The promoter is not responsible for submitted entries that are lost, damaged or delayed due to any computer or network errors. The entrants’ submissions become the property of the Promoter. Being able to prove sending does not equate to receipt confirmation.
9. The prize involves a two-day stay at Hotel Killarney for two individuals, along with breakfast for both mornings and a dinner at the Strawberry Tree restaurant on one of the nights. One lucky winner will enjoy this prize.
10. Any additional stipulations proposed by the prize provider to the Organiser may apply to all awards. There will be no cash substitutes or refunds for the award.
11. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or subsequent harm of any kind whether under contract, in tort (including negligence), or otherwise, that results from complying with the terms and conditions or is related to the prize.
12. In case of unexpected events, the Organiser maintains the right to replace the prize with a comparable or higher valued substitute.
13. Prize-winners will receive an email notification. Winners must claim their prize within a 30-day period from the day they are notified. The Organiser holds the right to give the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner chosen based on the Promotion rules if the original winner does not claim the prize within the specified time.
14. The Organisers’ rulings are definitive and binding in every regard and no correspondence will be authorised.
16. The winner might be asked to participate in unpaid publicity as a result of this promotion.
18. Prizes cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for money.
19. These terms and conditions are under the jurisdiction of Irish law and any dispute shall be presided over by the Courts of the Republic of Ireland.
21. The Organiser retains the right to declare the Promotion null and void, delay, cancel, or modify it as necessary.
