Terms & Conditions
1. The offer is only available to residents of Ireland who are at least 18 years old, excluding employees or affiliates of the Promoter and their families.
2. Entries will only be considered valid if they are comprised of a correct response to the form provided above, along with the entrant’s name, email and phone number.
3. We will not accept applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or computer automated applications. Incomplete, illegible, and corrupted entries, as well as those not conforming to the entry guidelines, will be invalid.
4. The promotion will last from the 11th of October 2024 until midnight on the 27th of October 2024.
5. We must receive all entries by the competition’s Closing Date. Submissions after the Closing Date will automatically be rejected.
6. The promotion is restricted to one entry per person. There will only be one winner and no one will be awarded more than one prize.
7. Through submitting an entry, contestants consent to the terms and conditions outlined here.
8. We deny responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any computer or network failures of any form. A successful transmission does not count as confirmation of receipt. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
9. The sole prize is a two-night stay at The College Green Hotel, Dublin for two people, complete with daily breakfast and a dinner at Morelands Grill on one evening.
10. All rewards are subject to the additional stipulations and requirements of the prize provider to the Organiser. Availability can constrain the prize and it’s impossible to return for a refund or cash equivalent.
11. The Organiser shall not become accountable for any loss, harm or consequential effects of any type under contractual, tort (including carelessness) or any other means elicited by the acceptance of the terms and conditions or linked with the prize.
12. Under unforeseen situations, the Organiser holds the prerogative to replace the prize with an alternative of the same or superior value.
13. Winners will be informed via an email message. The prize must be claimed within a 30-day timeframe from the date of notification. Should the prize remain unclaimed post this duration, it will become forfeit and the Organiser retains the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner chosen according to the rules of the Promotion.
14. The decision of the promoters’ remains final and unarguable in all aspects, no dialogue will be entertained.
16. The winner might need to partake in promotional activities arising from this promotion without receiving compensation.
18. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.
19. Irish law will govern these terms and conditions, the judicial system of the Republic of Ireland will hold exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
21. The Organiser preserves the right to declare void, halt, terminate or revise the Promotion should it become necessary.
