Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to Irish residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their relatives, agents, or anyone associated professionally with the competition.
2. A proper entry requires the correct answer submitted in the form above, along with the participant’s name, email address, and phone number.
Any submission from agents, third parties, computer-generated entries or group applications will be disregarded. The entry must be in accordance with the instructions provided and should not be incomplete, unreadable or tampered with.
The promotional contest will commence from 05/08/2024 and will run until 26/05/2024, inclusive. Remember that entries must reach the organizer latest by midnight of the contest’s closing date. Any entries received post the final date will result in automatic disqualification.
Entrants can only enter once, and no participant will be eligible to win more than one reward. By entering the competition, you consent to the provided terms and conditions.
We will not be held responsible for any entries that are lost, delayed or damaged due to network failures, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any sort. The organizers will not consider the proof of sending as proof of receipt and all successful entries will become the property of the promotion organiser.
Prize for this competition is an overnight stay for two at the Killashee Hotel, Naas, Co Kildare. This includes breakfast, a three-course dinner at The Pippin Tree and access to the Hydrotherapy Suite. Only one winner will be selected.
Any further terms and conditions put forth by the prize provider are applicable. The prize can’t be availed on Bank Holiday weekends, is redeemable only between Sunday to Monday and valid for 12 months from issuance. Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and is subject to availability. It excludes transfers.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions does not render the organizer liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly associated with them or the prize. For any unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equivalent or higher value.
The winner will be informed via email. He or she is to claim the prize within a month of the notification. Failing to do so will lead to the forfeiture of the prize, which will then be passed onto a reserve winner in accordance with the rules of the competition. The decisions made by the promoter will be binding and no further discussions will be entertained.
15. The victors’ identification (name and county) will be accessible on the official website.
16. The champion might be asked to engage in unpaid public relations resulting from this campaign.
17. The Organizer will handle your private information solely in accordance with the provisions and stipulations outlined here.
18. Rewards are not transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
19. Irish law will govern these regulations and stipulations, with the courts of the Republic of Ireland possessing sole jurisdiction.
