3. Entries from agents, third-party groups, computer-generated submissions, incomplete or unreadable entries, and those that do not comply with the submission guidelines will not be accepted.
4. The competition will be active from the 12/04/2024 until the stroke of midnight on the 28/04/2024.
5. All submissions must reach the Organiser before midnight on the final date. Late entries will be instantly disqualified.
6. Participants are limited to one entry, with no single participant entitled to multiple prizes.
7. By submitting your entry, you consent to these terms and conditions.
The organiser will not be held liable for any submissions that have been lost, damaged or delayed due to any type of technical failings, both hardware or software related. Just because an entry was sent, it does not mean it was definitely received, and all submissions become the property of the organiser.
The award is a two-night sojourn in Killarney Towers Hotel & Leisure Centre, featuring a meal at O’Donoghue Public House on the evening of your preference and beverages in Killarney’s sole subterranean bar, Pig’s Lane. Only one lucky individual will receive this prize.
Any additional terms and conditions set forth by the prize provider will apply to all awards. The reward is valid for a year, excluding Bank Holidays, and is subject to availability. The prize cannot be returned for a monetary refund or exchanged for cash.
The organiser will not be responsible for any losses or damages, whether directly or consequentially, in a contract or tort, which occurs as a result of accepting these terms and conditions or in relation to the prize itself.
Should unexpected events occur, the organiser retains the right to replace the prize with another of the same or higher value. The fortunate individuals will be contacted via email. They must claim their prize within 30 days of this communication or it will be deemed as unclaimed and potentially offered to another contestant chosen in line with the promotional rules.
All decisions made by the promoters are final and no discussion will be entered into. Winners might be asked to take part in non-paid publicity related to this promotion. The prizes are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
