1. Only residents of Ireland aged 18 years and above, excluding staff of the Promoter, their relations, associates or anyone connected professionally with the event, are eligible for this promotion.
2. To participate, fill the given form accurately with a correct response along with the participant’s name, email and contact number.
3. Entries from agents, groups, third parties, or entries generated by a computer will not be entertained. Incomplete, illegible or entries that violate the set guidelines are not permissible.
4. The promotional event will start on 19/06/2024 and will close at midnight on 07/07/2024.
5. All entries must reach the Promoter by midnight of the closing date. Any entries received beyond this date stand disqualified.
6. The promotion is limited to one entry per participant. No participant will be eligible to win more than one prize.
7. Entering into this event signifies your consent to abide by these terms and conditions.
The promoter will not take responsibility for submissions that are lost, damaged or delayed due to any form of network, hardware, or software malfunction. A sent entry does not guarantee it was received. Once submitted, entries become the property of the promoter.
The winner will receive a two-night stay, breakfast daily, and one dinner for two at Adrift. There will be only one winner. All prizes have to follow extra terms and conditions set by the prize supplier to the promoter. Cash cannot be taken in exchange for, or returned for this voucher.
The promoter cannot be held accountable for any loss, damage or consequential harm of any kind in any contract, whether due to negligence or acceptance of the rules or relating to the prize.
In case of unexpected situations, the promoter retains the right to replace the prize with an alternative of similar or higher value. Winners will be informed via email and must claim their prize within a month from the notification date. Unclaimed prizes may be given to an alternate winner as per the promotion rules.
