What causes stress and anxiety?
Finance
Being faced with stress and anxiety is part of the many obstacles that people deal with in their everyday lives, and there are several factors that can cause a person to be stressed out. It is no surprise that a person’s financial status can cause him to feel stressed and as the old saying goes, “money is the root of all evil.” If there is a lack of money, there is the additional stress of not being able to pay their bills on time and being behind on their payments, which may pile up over time.

Employment
Employment, is another big stress factor, especially with the current unemployment rate being at a record high. Many people do not know what the future holds for the in terms of job security and anybody who has ever been faced with job insecurity, knows how stressful that can be.
How to deal with stress and anxiety
Choosing to ignore the signs of stress and anxiety is not a good choice, because not treating it will cause a person to become physically and mentally ill. Thankfully, there are several stress anxiety relief methods.

Clear the mind
When people are stressed or anxious, it is always good for them to take a moment to clear their minds. Clearing the mind, allows a person to be more prepared and ready to deal with stress and it may sometimes help them find a solution to their problem. Clearing the mind can consist of just going for a short walk or bike ride, meditating or just being alone.

Healthy body
Maintaining a healthy body is another good way to reduce or get rid of stress and anxiety. Eating a balanced diet, especially a diet that is high in nutrients and fatty acids will help with anxiety. Getting enough rest, such as the recommended eight hours of sleep will help the body deal with stress and regular exercise will help improve blood circulation through the body, which in turn will produce a hormone, that makes people happy, called serotonin.
