According to a survey reported by Skynews, six million dogs are overweight in Britain as a result of government lockdown to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The lockdown has not only affected people’s waistlines. Our four-legged friends are also suffering a few extra pounds on the scales.

Two-thirds of dog owners surveyed admitted to ‘spoiling or overfeeding’ their pets during the isolation.
