In the hunt for a man suspected of three fatal attacks on women, UK authorities have issued a warning, as the individual may be armed with a crossbow. The man, identified as Kyle Clifford from Enfield, North London, is implicated in the deaths of three related women whose lives were tragically ended in a house located in Ashlyn Close, Bushey, Hertfordshire. The horrific incident occurred slightly after 7pm on Tuesday.
The Hertfordshire Police have issued a pressing reminder to the public that Clifford could still be wielding a weapon, urging them to immediately contact emergency services upon sighting him. They believe he may be hiding either somewhere in Hertfordshire or North London.
Upon discovering the victims, officers and medical teams, consisting of two air ambulances, were dispatched but unfortunately, the women succumbed to their injuries on site. The news of the brutal incident has greatly disturbed local councillors of North Bushey who expressed their deep shock and sorrow.
A residing neighbour of the victims, wishing to stay anonymous, claimed that despite not knowing them well, she found the family to be neighbourly and congenial. Describing her passing encounters with the victims, she expressed profound sadness and shock at the incident.
In light of the gruesome crime, Detective Superintendent Rob Hall, representative of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit, urged anyone possessing information to come forth. Emphasising on the severity of the crime, Hall beseeched the public to inform the police immediately should they locate Clifford, strongly advising against any personal interaction due to the potential threat of him being armed.
Hall furthermore encouraged anyone who might have been around Ashlyn Close on Tuesday, between midday and 7pm and observed anything suspicious or of potential help, to contact authorities.
The East of England Ambulance Service has verified the occurrence of the grim incident, tracing it back to around 7pm on Tuesday, July 9th, at the victims’ property in Ashlyn Close in Bushey.
It was a tragic scene where three ambulances, one rapid response vehicle, the hazardous area response crew, an ambulance officer vehicle, as well as the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance alongside London Air Ambulance all rushed. Despite the heroic attempts made by the combined teams, three unfortunate women could not be saved and were declared deceased at the site of the incident.
Local representatives from the North Bushey community, Louise Nicolas, Alan Matthews, and Paul Richards expressed their heartfelt grief and shock regarding this tragic incident that involved the loss of three lives within the heart of their jurisdiction.
In their statement, they said, “We find ourselves deeply moved and profoundly saddened by the unfortunate incident that claimed the lives of three women in our locality.
