“Two Arrested in Louth Crime Operation”

In the wake of conducting multiple raids in Co Louth on Friday, law enforcement agents have apprehended two males in their 30s. These arrests are part of an extended operation against systematised crime.

As the evening proceeds, searches persist, orchestrated by the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau. The operation has the backing of officers from the Louth Divisional Crime Unit, the Louth Drugs Unit, the Garda Armed Support Unit and the Garda Dog Unit, according to a press release from the Garda Press Office.

Both men are presently in custody at a local Garda station, charged under laws aimed at organised crime.
