Touring Northen Italy: the Etruscan village of Marzabotto

The department of Archaeology here in Bologna has organised for the upcoming month of April ( 17; 18; 24) an interesting event which includes guided visits to the Museo Nazionale Etrusco Pompeo Aria and Marzabotto, an old Etruscan village in the heart of the Emilia Romagna region which has retained its original layout; visitors will have the unique opportunity to walk down in time and see how the antique Etruscan lived.

You will love it; many buildings are still standing and on the edge of the village there are also two necropolises.
