After the embarassment of being crashed by the Stig on Top Gear, the Koenigsegg CCX went back to Sweden, was given a rear spoiler and came back to England so the Stig could have another go.
This time he managed to keep it inside the track and to go round the track in 1′17,6″ (it was 1′20,4″ without a spoiler), beating by 0,8″ the previous track record for Top Gear, held by the Pagani Zonda F (1′18,4″).
