I’m often reminded that learning is an ongoing process, and this was reaffirmed when I read Pat Leahy’s excellent article. I was intrigued by his skillful use of the term ‘fissiparous’, which necessitated a trip to the dictionary. His recent piece, “Left-Wing Government’s Declining Prospects: More Than Just Sinn Féin’s Downfall?” (Opinion & Analysis, 27th April), deserves praise.
