A selection of properties, ranging from apartments to houses, were sold in the luxury area of Terenure, Dublin in 2024.
A five-bedroom semi-detached property was listed on 13th September 2023 at 15 Healthfield Road, Dublin 6, with an asked price of €1.95 million. The sale price eventually settled at €2.1 million and the home was officially sold on 1st March, 2024.
On the 17th of October 2023, a four-bedroom semi-detached home was put to market at 74 Kimmage Road West, Dublin 12. It fetched a final price of €992,000, up from an initial asking price €875,000, and sold on 14th March, 2024.
Meanwhile, a two-bedroom flat situated at 12 The Crescent, Fortfield Square, Dublin 6W, was listed on 27th September 2023 for €425,000. Eventually, it was bought for €443,000 on 28th March, 2024.
Another property, a three-bedroom semi-detached house at 14 Wainsfort Grove, Dublin 6, was listed on 4th August 2023 for €720,000, then ended up being sold for €787,750 on 19th March, 2024.
At 71 St Anne’s, Kimmage Road West, Dublin 12, a two-bed mid-terrace property went on the market on 16th October 2023, with an asking price of €374,950. The sale was agreed for €455,000 on the 30th of November that year and it was sold officially on the 11th March, 2024.
Lastly, a three-bedroom semi-detached dwelling was listed on 29th September 2022, at 11 College Drive, Dublin 6W, with a list price of €595,000. The agreed sale price was marginally higher at €600,000, and the property was sold on the 1st March, 2024.
