Troubled Japanese manufacturer Suzuki will show up at the next 65th IAA Frankfurt Motor Show – which will be held from 10 to 22 September 2013 – to introduce its brand new iV-4 concept, a car that is meant to anticipate design and contents of its future SUVs.
Developed according to a specific theme – “Grab your field” – the concept model embodies the basic ruggedness of a proper SUV, though the carmaker underlines it will be a “personal compact SUV”.
All we have for now are a couple of teasers, but the lines we can barely make out of these images seem to confirm that the model will inherit certain design features of the classic SUVs from Suzuki: just look at the clam-shell shaped bonnet and the front grille divided into five elements.
An yet the overall styling of this iV-4 concept conveys a sense of modernity and innovativeness.
More detailed information will be disclosed at the Suzuki press conference on September 10, the day they will unveil the car at the next Frankfurt Motor Show, but we hope do get at least some less mysterious pictures a little earlier than that.
Besides the iV-4 concept, Suzuki will be in Germany to show off other models, namely the Alto, Splash, Swift, Swift Sport, SX4, SX4 S-Cross, Jimny, Grand Vitara and Kizashi.
That should suffice.
