Pat Crean’s Marlet Property Group has unveiled its newest project, Kylemore, situated on Church Road, Killiney in Dublin. Previously known as the site of the Kylemore Clinic, the 3.3-acre estate was up for sale at an asking price of €5 million, and is lauded for its breathtakingly beautiful mature gardens.
