Spectrum.Life to Create 200 Jobs

Digital health firm Spectrum.Life announced its plans to increase its workforce by 200 by the close of the following year, taking its total employees to 500. The firm, which raised €17 million for its expansion earlier this year, will be recruiting throughout the UK, Ireland and also for remote roles. Positions from clinical roles to senior leadership and business development will be available.

In the previous month, Spectrum.Life, a company that offers both clinical services and cutting-edge tech facilities, accomplished a landmark of 300 staff, boosted by its expansion in the UK. Spectrum.Life remains committed to job creation in the UK and Ireland. “Our vision is to lead the HealthTech sector, propelled by both our employees and our groundbreaking solutions to save and improve lives”, Spectrum.Life’s co-founder and CEO, Stephen Costello said.

As they continue to grow, Spectrum.Life remains committed to revolutionising the digital mental health landscape. For them, this process extends beyond growth into transforming and saving lives. Employing innovative technology, they set themselves apart from competitors, envisioning a bright future for their clients, workers, and communities, strengthening their standing in HealthTech innovation.

The announcement of expansion came at Enterprise Ireland’s dinner for UK and Irish business leaders held at the Irish embassy in London. Leo Clancy, CEO of Enterprise Ireland, said, “Spectrum.Life is offering digital mental health and welfare support to thousands of firms across the UK and Ireland”. He added that the new roles will boost growth as more firms embrace HealthTech solutions.

Spectrum.Life was founded in 2018 and witnessed a 60 per cent rise in revenue last year. In 2024, it anticipates a further 50 per cent increase, with over three-quarters of new business stemming from outside Ireland. The company has a sizable client base of insurers, corporate entities and universities since its entrance to the UK market in 2020. The company provides care to 7.5 million individuals across the UK and Ireland, spanning a range of insurers, 4,000 corporate clients, and in excess of 50 UK universities.
