Alterations were enforced to the starting XV of Munster for the upcoming Champions Cup’s Round of 16 encounter against Northampton Saints, set to take place on Sunday (12.30pm, livestream on TNT Sports & ITV).
Following an injury sustained during training yesterday, Shane Daly has been sidelined. Replacing him on the right wing will be Seán O’Brien, as Simon Zebo is shifted to operate on the left wing. Owing to health concerns, RG Snyman was ruled as unfit for the game by the medical team. Tom Ahern will be welcomed into the initial XV to accompany skipper Tadhg Beirne in the second row.
Additionally, Shay McCarthy and Jack O’Donoghue will join the squad as substitutes.
