Some witnesses witnessed a 25-year-old man doing his mobile phone before the officers caught him. Sources mentioned there was no evidence so far that the phone call was to a “controller”. Paramedics attempted for more than two hours to rescue him. Ali and his father Harbi Ali Kullane lives in charge arrested under the Terrorism Act on suspicion of murder.
