Silvio Berlusconi and Ronaldinho: AC Milan player told to behave

Silvio Berlusconi is both a controversial figure as Italy’s prime minister and as the president of AC Milan football club.
An unimpressed Berlusconi has apparently requested AC Milan player Ronaldinho to make a special commitment to the team in the upcoming season.
In one of the pre-season friendly matches against Varese, it was reported that Berlusconi asked Ronaldinho to step onto a table in front of the entire team, and pledge that he would behave as a professional for the entire season.

The reason is that Ronaldinho had a disappointing last season in terms of goals scored and with AC Milan golden boy Kakà moving to Real Madrid (despite pledging he would stay in the Milan team), fans want a new name to step up to the plate.
In the video from a Ronaldinho fan, you can see the player in action from last season.
Aside from number of goals, he’s still got a pair of magic feet.
Was Berlusconi’s request unreasonable??
