Terms and Guidelines

This competition is open to Ireland residents who are older than 18 years, excluding employees of the Organiser, their family members, representatives or anyone with professional associations with this competition.

A valid entry is comes from the form above, filled with correct information, and must include your name, email and phone number.

We won’t be accepting entries from representatives, third parties, groups, or those auto-generated by computers. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not following the instructions will be disregarded.

The competition will commence on 08/05/2024 and conclude at midnight on 23/05/2024.

All participants must ensure that the Organiser receives their entries by midnight on the deadline date. Entries received after this time will be automatically disqualified.

Competitors are restricted to a single entry each. No participant will win more than one reward.

By entering, you are agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions.

We hold no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed entries, due to any network or computer failures. Evidence of submission does not equate to evidence of receipt. All entries become the Organiser’s property.

The reward is a pair of top-tier tickets to the match between Leinster V Connacht on May 31st in the URC, with five winners in total.

All prizes come with the supplier’s terms and conditions. The tickets must be used on May 31st, 2024, at the URC, and aren’t refundable or exchangeable for cash.

The Organiser is not responsible for losses, damages, or any related issues, caused by agreeing to these terms and conditions or related to the prize.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, the Organiser holds the right to replace the prize with an alternative of similar or higher value.

13. Individuals who bag the victory will receive a notification via email. The victorious party is obligated to accept their reward prior to Thursday, 30th of May. Should the award remain unaccepted beyond the stipulated period, it will be considered forfeited. It then falls within the rights of the Organiser to bestow the unclaimed reward upon a replacement winner, selected as per the guidelines of the Promotion.

14. The ultimate decision of the organisers is absolute and binding with regards to all aspects and no further communication will be entertained.

16. The triumphant entrant might be asked to engage in non-remunerative promotional activities related to this event.

18. The awards cannot be transferred and hold no monetary exchange value.

19. These terms and guidelines are under the purview of the Irish legal system and only the Courts of the Republic of Ireland hold the jurisdiction to adjudicate upon them.

21. The Organiser retains its rights to render null and void, postpone, abandon or alter the Promotion if the circumstances necessitate such actions.
