All rewards are bound to any extra conditions set by the prize provider to the Promoter. It is important to note that the prize is not redeemable on Saturdays, there will be no cash alternatives, and it cannot be returned for a refund.
The Promoter will bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, or resulting damage of any kind, whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising from acceptance of the terms and conditions or in relation to the prize.
In a situation where unpredictable events occur, the Promoter maintains the prerogative to replace the prize with another of similar or higher value.
The successful participant will be informed via email. The prize must be claimed within a month from the notification date. If it is not claimed within this duration, it falls void, and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative participant in line with the promotion rules.
