1. The competition is open to Irish residents aged 18 and above, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the competition.
2. A valid entry is one that includes a correctly answered form, supplemented with the participant’s name, email address, and contact number.
3. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, or those automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Any incomplete, illegible or corrupted applications will not be entertained. Entries that do not align with the submission instructions will be disregarded.
4. The competition kicks off from 14/06/2024 and wraps up at midnight on 30/06/2024.
1. Every participant must ensure their entry reaches the Organiser no later than the stated Deadline. Any entry past the Deadline will be immediately rendered invalid.
2. This promotional event permits only one entry per individual. Each participant can only clinch one prize, no more.
3. When you send your entry to the Organiser, you thereby consent to adhere to these terms and conditions.
4. The Organiser won’t be held responsible for entries that are lost, impaired, or delayed due to network, computer or software malfunction of any sort. Sending isn’t equated with receiving. Every entry becomes the possession of the Organiser.

7. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or consequential damage of any sort within a contract, tort (which includes negligence), accepted terms and conditions, or associated with the prize.
8. In case of unexpected events, the Organiser reserves themselves the right to switch the prize with an equivalent or higher value substitute.
9. Winning participants will be informed via email. The prize must be claimed within a 30-day period starting from the notification day. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the Organiser has the right to award it to an alternative winner chosen as per competition rules.
10. The judgement of the Organiser is definitive and irrefutable in all matters. No discussions will be entertained.
