Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is exclusive to Ireland’s residents who are 18 years old or above, excluding employees of the Organiser, or anyone professionally associated with the competition, along with their families.
2. Valid submissions must feature the correct answer in the above form and should include the participant’s name, email id, and contact number.
3. Applications via agents, third-party, organised groups or automated computer-generated responses are ineligible. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to adhere to the submission guidelines will be disregarded.
4. The competition timeline is between 19/07/2024 until midnight of 05/08/2024.
5. The Organiser must receive all entries before midnight on the final date. Entries received post the deadline will be summarily disqualified.
6. Entries are capped at one per person. No participant shall win more than one prize.
7. Participants consent to abide by these terms and conditions by entering the competition.
8. Entries that end up lost,damaged or delayed due to network, software or hardware issues will be considered void. A dispatch confirmation does not serve as evidence of receipt. The Organiser assumes ownership of all entries.
9. The reward is a pair of tickets to Electric Picnic 2024 for the single winner.
10. Any associated conditions set out by the prize supplier will apply to all awards. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Prize-related rules, accessible here, are applicable. It’s crucial to realise that Electric Picnic doesn’t manage or operate this prize competition. They’re also not held responsible for any losses or damages, regardless of the cause, resulting from your engagement in the competition.
11. The Promoter shall hold no liability for any loss, damage or other related harm, whether contractual, torturous (including negligence), or otherwise, caused by the acceptance of the terms or related to the prize.
12. The Promoter maintains the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value under unexpected circumstances.
13. The winners will receive their notifications via email. They’re required to redeem their prize within 30 days of being notified. If the prize remains unclaimed after that period, it may be forfeited and The Promoter retains the right to provide the unclaimed prize to an alternative winner picked based on the competition regulations.
14. The promoter’s decision stands final and indisputable, and no discourse will be considered.
