Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all Irish residents aged 18 years or above, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone involved professionally with the promotion.
2. A valid entry comprises a correctly answered question in the form provided, along with the entrant’s name, email address, and phone number.
3. Entries submitted by agents, third parties, groups or applications automatically generated by computers will not be eligible. No entries that are incomplete, unreadable or corrupted, or not in accordance with the instructions will be considered.
4. The Promotion is valid from the 8th of March, 2024 until midnight on the 25th of March, 2024.
The criteria for entering the competition stipulate that the Promotor must receive your entry by the end of the day on the specified Closing Date. Any submissions made post this date will not be valid. There is a restriction on the number of entries, with only a single entry permitted per participant. Furthermore, each participant stands the chance to win a single prize only.
Upon providing your entry, you thereby consent to abide by the outlined terms and conditions. The Promotor will not take any responsibility for entries that are lost, impaired or postponed due to problems with the network, computer equipment or software. It should be noted that merely sending your entry does not equate to its successful receipt. Furthermore, once submitted, all entries will be owned by the Promotor.
The award prized to the winner is a luxury one-day and one-night stay for two people at Powerscourt Hotel inclusive of breakfast, a three-course dinner at SIKA restaurant and an hour-long treatment per person. Only one participant will be crowned winner.
Winners must bear in mind that their prizes will be subject to any supplementary terms and conditions established by the prize provider to the Promotor. No refunds or cash exchanges can be claimed on the voucher. The validity of the prize is 12 months from the winning date, and only available for residence from Sunday to Thursday, subject to availability.
Any issues stemming from the terms and conditions or the prize itself will not incur any liability on the part of the Promotor. Should unforeseen issues arise, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equal or higher valued prize.
Winners will receive prize claim details via email and they must claim within 30 days of being notified. Unclaimed prizes after this time frame will be forfeited and may be awarded to a new winner based on the competition rules. The Promotor’s decision is final on all matters relating to the competition and there will be no correspondences entertained.
The winning individuals’ information (name and county) will be published on The Irish Times website. Winners may also be expected to participate in any promotion-related publicity at no cost. The Promotor will manage your personal information as indicated in the given ‘Privacy Policy’ and pursuant to these terms and conditions.
