1. The competition is open to Ireland residents who are 18 years or older, except for the promoter’s employees, their kin, agents or any professionally associated parties.
2. A successful entry will be a correctly answered question on the form above, with the entrant’s name, email address and a contact phone number.
3. Entries from agents, third-party groups, organised groups or computer-generated applications won’t be accepted. Incomplete, unreadable or corrupted entries will not be considered. Entries that do not comply with the entry guidelines are not accepted.
4. The Competition will be active from 22/03/2024 to 31/03/2024 at midnight.
5. All entries have to reach the Promoter by midnight of the Closing Date. Competition entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified.
6. The competition limits entry to one per person. No participant can win more than one prize.
7. By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The organisers will not take account of entries that are lost, compromised or delayed due to network or computer malfunctions of any kind. A sent submission doesn’t guarantee receipt. All submissions will become the property of the organiser.
The winner will claim a two-night lodging in a superior room at Sligo Park Hotel, includes breakfast and dinner for two persons every day. The prize can only be won by one individual.
Prizes are subjected to the terms and conditions of the prize supplier. The awarded stay at the hotel is based on availability and can neither be redeemed for cash nor refunded. The prize voucher must be used at once: cash refunds are not allowed. The voucher stays valid for a year after its issue date and is in agreement with the hotel’s terms and conditions.
The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or resultant damage of any sort in agreement or otherwise caused by the acceptance of the terms or in relation to the prize.
In case of unpredictable situations, the organiser has the liberty to replace the prize with an equivalent or higher value reward. The victors will be informed via email and must claim their prize 30 days after the notification. If the reward is unclaimed after this period, it will be forfeited and the organisers can offer the unclaimed prize to an alternate winner chosen as per the contest regulations.
The decision of the organisers is indisputable and binding on all issues and will not result in any communication. The champion might need to participate in uncompensated publicity related to this event.
The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be swapped for money. The rules of the contest are governed by Irish law and any related legal insues fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Irish Republic. The organisers maintain the ability to suspend, nullify, or alter the competition if necessary.
