1. Anyone who is at least 18 years old and living in Ireland can enter the competition, except for employees of the company running the promotion, their relatives, or anyone involved on a professional level.
2. Valid entries are those with correct answers, accompanied by the entrant’s name, email, and phone number.
3. Any entry from agents, organisations, or those automatically generated by computers will not be considered. Unfinished, unreadable, or distorted entries will be rejected.
4. The competition starts on 24/04/2024 and ends at midnight 12/05/2024.
5. All submissions need to reach the Promoter by midnight on the closing date. Any entry received after this will be excluded automatically.
6. Each individual is restricted to one entry only. There will be no repeat winners.
7. By entering the competition, you agree to comply with the rules and regulations.
8. The promoter will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed entries due to failures in networks or computer hardware or software.
9. The prize is a stay at Clontarf Castle, including dinner. Only one victor will be chosen.

10. Every reward is beholden to any supplementary stipulations set forth by the provider of the reward to the Organiser. The reward cannot be returned or exchanged for hard cash.
11. The Organiser is not to be held responsible for any loss, injury or ensuing damage of any sort, whether contractual, tort (inclusive of negligence), or otherwise resulting from the acceptance of the rules and stipulations or in association with the reward.
12. Should unexpected circumstances arise, the Organiser retains the right to swap the reward with an alternative of an equal or greater monetary value.
13. The victors will be informed via electronic mail. The victorious party has a window of 30 days from the notification to stake claim to the reward. If the reward remains unclaimed beyond this period, it will be deemed null and void, and the Organiser has the prerogative to offer the unclaimed reward to an alternate victor chosen in compliance with the Contest rules.
14. The Organisers’ verdict is conclusive and irrevocable in all affairs and no discourse will be indulged in.
16. The victorious party may be asked to take part in unpaid promotional activities stemming from this contest.
18. The rewards are not transferable and cannot be swapped for hard cash.
19. These rules and conditions are to be interpreted by Irish law, and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive authority.
21. The Organiser reserves the right to declare null, pause, call off or alter the Contest in cases where it is deemed necessary to do so.
