Rules & Guidelines
1. This contest is open to all individuals who live in Ireland, are at least 18 years old, barring those who are employed by the Organiser, their immediate family members, agents or anyone professionally linked to this contest.
2. To ensure your entry is valid, fill the form above with a correct answer along with your phone number, name, and email address.
3. The contest will not accept any submissions from agents, third-parties, organised groups, or any computer-generated entries. Similarly, entries that are distorted, illegible, incomplete, or do not comply with the given instructions will be discarded.
4. This contest will commence on 24/04/2024 and will conclude at midnight on 05/05/2024.
5. All your entries should reach the organiser by the contest end date. Any entries that roll in post this deadline will automatically be dismissed.
6. Participation is only allowed once per person. An individual cannot bag more than one prize.
7. When you present an entry to the organiser, you agree to abide by these rules and guidelines.
8. The organiser will not assume the responsibility for entries that are damaged, delayed or lost due to any software or hardware failure of any sort on the network. Transmission receipt does not equate to proof of receipt. The entries will transition into the organiser’s property.
9. The winners, numbering five, will be awarded a pair of VIP tickets to Leinster V Ospreys match at the RDS, on Saturday, May 11th in the URC.
10. Further terms and conditions of the prize provider to the organiser will apply to all awards. The tickets awarded are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at the URC.
11. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any harm, loss, or consequential damage of any sort, under any legal theory, that arises from accepting these terms and conditions or from usage of the prize.
12. If an unexpected circumstance arises, the organiser has the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or greater worth.
13. The victor shall get a notification via email. The individual must accept the reward before the day ends on Friday, May 10th. Should the reward be still left unclaimed, it will become void and the event organiser maintains the right to provide this unclaimed reward to an alternate victor, decided as per the guideline of the event.
14. The final verdict of the event organisers is binding in all respects and no further discussions will be entertained.
16. It might be possible that the victor is asked to partake in marketing activities linked to this event without any remuneration.
18. Prizes cannot be transferred among individuals or converted into monetary form.
19. These policies and norms are directed by the Irish law, and the Jurisdiction of the Republic of Ireland has exclusive right to oversee these rules.
21. Whenever required, the event organiser reserves the right to cancel, hold, alter or postpone the event.
