Rules & Obligations
1. The organiser and Data Handler: The Irish Times DAC, having their main office in The Irish Times Building, at P.O. Box 74, 24 – 28 Tara Street, Dublin 2.
2. The contest is accessible to inhabitants of an arid island, Ireland, who are 18 years old or above. However, it excludes workers of The Irish Times Limited, their household, their representatives or any individual professionally related to the contest.
3. The contest will take place on all the weekends during the period of 6th – 27th April 2024, collectively four weekends.
4. The contest limits one entry per individual. Entries that are incomplete, not in a legible state, or tainted will not be approved if they do not comply with entry procedures.
6. Entries from agents, third-party bodies, group entries or entries self-created by computers are not permitted.
7. Liability is not assumed for entries that have been misplaced, impaired or delayed due to system, computer hardware or software related issues. The proof of transmission does not become the proof of receipt. All entries will be regarded as the organiser’s property.
10. In case a situation arises that is beyond prediction, the organiser has the privilege to substitute the prize with a comparable or higher value alternative.
11. No discussions will be engaged in.
12. All procedures to join the contest are construed as a part of the regulations.
13. The winners of the contest might be asked to become a part of unpaid publicity resulting from the contest.

14. By being a participant in the contest, it is assumed that all participants have accepted and are bound by its rules and agree to hand over their personal data to the Data Handler for administration purposes of this contest and any other purposes which the participant has consented to.
15. The prizes will have supplementary terms and conditions applied by the prize supplier to the organiser.
16. The organiser holds no liability for loss, damage or consequential damage in any form, due to any reason, whether by contract or negligence of any nature, caused from the acceptance of these rules, or in any connection with the contest or its prize.
17. In case of any unforeseen events, the organiser has the right to amend or discontinue the contest without notifying in advance.
18. For residents of ROI: These rules shall be governed by the Irish law, and only Courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have jurisdiction. For residents of NI, the rules, and terms shall be under Northern Ireland law, and only the Courts of Northern Ireland will have the exclusive authority.”/
